The Certified Angus Beef™ program is one of the few branded programs certified by the U.S.D.A.'s Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS). This certification requires that USDA graders at their plants examine each raw product to assure that it meets Certified Angus Beef™ quality and certification standards.
